So these pictures are supposed to be at the bottom. This is the Playmobil mansion that I found at a garage sale for $10! We gave it to Emily for her birthday. She was over the moon. I was over the moon because it was such a great deal! The girls have been setting up all sorts of bedrooms and families inside. Kate thought it was real funny to have a Playmobil little girl holding a gun at a Playmobil little boy. Hmmm-what's up with that girl?

This is the ice cream cake I made for Emily's birthday. Jeremiah just had to take a picture. It was really, really yummy! If you come visit I promise to make you some!:)

Sooo..we took the kids out of school on the 23rd of May because we wanted to go to Kennywood and that was the only day that would work for a myriad of reasons. We had a great time! Kennywood is Pittsburgh's amusement park. It is very old and very family friendly. We go every year with a bunch of families from our ward and the kids love it! The adults love it too-they have some GREAT roller coasters. We go with friends so we can swap watching the kids and the adults can go on rides. It is a great system. We stayed all day and got home around 11:00. We can't wait to go again next year!

Max really had a great time-he wanted to go on everything except a ride called the Whip. His exact words were, "I can't like it." He still talks about how much fun he had at Kennywood.

Julia and Max are watching our friends go on a crazy ride that goes upside down and then holds you upside down before spinning around. I just like the roller coasters-no spinning for me!

This is Jeremiah with some scouts from our troop. They did a flag ceremony on Memorial Day at a local cemetery. It was a good experience for Miah.

Emily turned 9 on June 1. She was thrilled to get a Zelda game for the Wii-among other things. Max is crying in the background because he wanted to open the presents.

I'm very jealous of your playmobil house find. How come I never find great deals like that?!
Your kids are getting so big - it was great to see pictures of them! Wish we could see the real thing!
That must have been fun!
