The Henry Ford

Hey everyone, it has been a long dry spell on the Blog! I just wanted to post these pictures of when we went to visit the Hirschi cousins at Easter. On our way up. we met the cousins at the Henry Ford. I know-it should say museum after Henry Ford, but that is what they call it there in Detroit. Anyway-the kids had a great time. Notice the crazy driver-I don't think SHE will be getting a driver's license EVER. The museum is incredible-all the things that Henry Ford collected over his life. We saw the car Kennedy was asassinated in, the Weinermobile, furniture from all different time periods, the chair Lincoln was sitting in when he was shot and even the bus where Rosa Parks refused to sit in the back. Kate and Martha are hanging out in it below. The other picture is in the same bus.

Here's everyone on the Easter Egg hunt. Quite the motley crew. Becky and I handed Bernd and David the eggs to hide and then jumped in the car and went to the Pottery Barn outlet. Fun times! We had a great weekend with lots of ham and cheesy potatoes.
I'll try and post some more recent photos as soon as I can get them off the memory card.
